The first year covers foundational skills, with exams for qualifications, while the second year emphasises advanced technique, industry preparation, and hands-on experience. Voyagers receive personalised coaching, audition strategies, and leadership opportunities within the Broadway community, preparing them for professional careers or teaching in the arts​.
